Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. For Malaysian shipping, Poslaju service will be used.

How long must I wait for my rings to be ready?

Our customised rings take about 45-60 days for completion as our factory is based in the Philippines.

My rings have arrived, but the sizes/design is wrong. How do I return?

What is your guarantee?

All rings purchased from Apag Rings have a (1) one-year warranty. Polishing services are available at any time without additional cost.

How do I pay?

For Malaysian orders, we accept ATM & online transfers as well as cash paid directly at our shop in Kuala Lumpur. We accept PayPal for international orders.

Do I need to make an appointment before coming to your shop?

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order for our products. We accept both individual and welcome bulk orders.
